Pre-made jingle packages: These are pre-made jingle packages ready for use by radio stations.

Custom jingle packages: These are custom-made jingles with phrases of up to forty (40) words. Additional words are charged extra.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights
Ownership of Jingle Packs: All jingle packs available for sale on our website are the exclusive property of jingle-radio.com. By purchasing a pack, you are granted a personal and non-exclusive right of use.

Usage Rights: Purchased jingle packs are intended for use by radio stations for their own broadcast. Radio stations have the right to use the jingles but may not resell, distribute, or transfer them to third parties.

4. Custom Jingle Packs

Specifications of custom jingles: Each custom jingle pack will contain a phrase of a maximum of forty (40) words. These are custom-made jingles, with phrases of a maximum of forty (40) words; beyond that, additional charges will apply. We reserve the right to create the design and production of the jingles, while striving to adhere to the order as closely as possible.

For advertising jingles with a maximum of sixty (60) words, additional charges will apply for longer sentences. We reserve the right to create the jingle's design and production, while striving to adhere to the order as closely as possible.
The price varies depending on the voiceover and the number of words chosen for your text.

Usage Rights: The custom jingle and advertisement created is the property of jingle-radio.com, and the client receives a limited right of use, exclusively for their radio needs, without the possibility of resale or transfer.

5. Orders and Payments
Placement: The client selects the desired package (pre-made or custom) on the jingle-radio.com website and confirms their order after reviewing these terms and conditions.

Price: Jingle pack prices are listed on the website and are expressed in euros, excluding and including all taxes. Prices may be changed at any time, but the applicable price remains the one in effect at the time of the order.
Payment Methods: Payment for jingle packs is made online via the options offered on the website, such as credit card or other secure payment methods. Full payment must be made before delivery of the product.

6. Delivery and Fulfillment
Digital Delivery: Once payment is made, the jingles (whether pre-made or customized) will be delivered digitally via download or a secure access link.
No Exchanges or Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, no exchanges or refunds are possible once the sale is complete and the product is delivered. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted this condition before placing the order.
